One Day at a Time

Life Update: We moved into our house about two weeks ago!! :) (Confession: I'm still not 100% unpacked) I absolutely love our home! It may need some help here and there...but with a little paint, some flooring and a woman's touch it's going to be just perfect.

After dinner yesterday, we walked 2 blocks to Bowbells' park. We played with Kamille and relaxed. Devin and I were surprised at all the things the park had to offer for being such a small town. It was way better than the park I grew up with.
Kamille: She is almost 18 months (2 weeks from Saturday) and it seemed like over the past few days she has decided to learn how to talk. She tries to copy words and is learned them so fast. She learned my brother's name "Jacob" and "Grandma" (Naw-Naw). Her favorite is still (Paw-Paw) "Grandpa" though. She says: Please, Thank You, No no no, Yay, Hi, Bye, Ball, Cheese, Yucky...and anything else we ask her to say haha.

Devin and I: (Thrive Update) After Devin saw how much energy I had, he decided to try Thrive too. So we weighed ourselves and measured everything. Every Sunday morning we update it to see the progress. The first week, I went walking, did ab workouts, and cardio sessions on YouTube. Devin sat on the couch and ate ice cream. The second week I packed and moved things as my workout. The Third week I decided to try to watch more of what I ate. I tried to eat less and drink more water.
OUR TOTALS: Me: I lost 5.6 lbs and 17.25 inches!!!! (I almost lost 4 inches off my spare tire and you can really notice it!)  Devin: He lost 11.4 lbs and 12.75 inches!!!  ...This is only 3 weeks! We can't wait to see where we are in another month. We will keep you updated for sure!
